I interviewed with a few other real estate companies before selecting
Savage Realty. I found that being fresh out of real estate class and
just passing the exam...I would need special attention to get me on
the right road to being successful in real estate. This was one reason
amongst many others why I choose to work for Savage Realty.

I have
been a Savage Realty Sales Associate for over eight years.Although other larger well known brokerages have tried to
recruit me,
I choose to stay with Savage Realty, because of it’s
progressiveness, exceptional commission splits, and unique programs
like their “Home Free Program” that assist customers and clients
in purchasing/selling their home. Being at Savage Realty has allowed
me to better manage my time and daily schedule. They supply
secretarial support which results in “no floor duty” having to
be performed by agents. The flexibility of working from home with
all forms, documents, and contracts on line are also a time saver.
The resourceful broker provides managerial support making himself
available to the agents whenever needed.
Finally,
the entire office works as a team, as well as, having a family
oriented feel. We look out for each other’s safety when out late
or meeting questionable clients for the first time.We promote and provide full service to our clients even if
one agent fills in for another agent and vice versa.Although we are a small company, we are huge on providing
professional and personal service to all our
customers and clients!
